What a great dining experience! Our server was attentive, the food was delicious although a tad slow to arrive but we weren't in a hurry and enjoyed our time visiting. Loved all the Greek and Italian menu choices. It was the best gyro I've had in a long time! Will be back soon.
Kennedy did a great job. She is such a nice lovely young woman. The owner should be very proud to have such a professional staff member, as she represents the business well. The cook did an excellent job as well, as the food was delicious. Thank you
Two of us went to Scottie's for lunch. There wasn't a "wait time" . Service was fast and courteous. The food was delicious and the portions were large. We both ordered hamburger steak with homemade mushroom gravy and fried okra. One of us got green beans and the other broccoli and cheese. Both of those vegetables were large portions. Believe me, you won't go away hungry.
Our first time eating here and wow, what a meal! Very hearty portions so plan accordingly. The salad bar is a great option, with plenty of veggies and salads including pasta, tuna, chicken, and even shrimp. My wife ordered the Greek salad with salmon dinner, and it was delicious...and massive! Enough for another meal for sure. The house made Greek dressing was fantastic too. I loved the veggie spring rolls appetizer. We were so full we couldn't get a slice of the homemade cakes...there were quite a few tempting options too. Friendly service in an old school diner ambiance. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.
Delicious well seasoned food, especially the green beans, Mac & cheese, beef tips and peach pie! Wait staff were super nice, and attentive, coming by often to refill our teas. Nice family atmosphere, although there were two strange people who ate nothing, but went around smirking and snapping pics of the food. A graying bearded middle-aged white male, with a younger chubby white woman, struggling with thigh crawling shorts. Figured they were competitors with bad reviews because they acted like snarky Ken and Karen losers. Everything else was great, although Scotties ran a buffet tonight, since staff were going to see the Gamecocks.
Food was amazing! Customer service was through the roof. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. We were riding through and someone in a store recommended them to use! I live a hour away and would make that trip to get those wings! The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. They were excited to see every customer that came in! You can tell that this is a family owned restaurant. And do not get me started on the cake!!!!! Yes! Yes! Yes! 10 out of 10 on everything!!!!
Great food & customer service. My children enjoyed the pizza! It's worth the 12 on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken was a little dry this time. One salad is large enough to serve 2-3 people. The croutons are baked fresh and seasoned well.
Scottie's is always one of my favorite restaurants for Italian food and my family used them to cater a surprise party for me a few weeks ago. I got so many people asking where the food was from because it was amazing! We know Scottie himself and he is always there working hard!
